Neil Gibson
Co-founder
I’m Neil Gibson, founder of Legion Games — and I’ve been rolling dice since the 1980s, when character sheets were photocopied, dice were mysterious treasures, and every campaign ended in chaos. What began as a lifelong obsession with tabletop gaming has evolved into a business (and community) dedicated to sharing that same joy — from epic board games to immersive TTRPGs and everything in between.
At Legion Games, we’re building towards something bigger — a thriving tabletop community right here in Western Australia. A place where people can shop, play, and connect over their shared love of games, stories, and strategy (and where “just one more round” will always turn into three).
*We even picked up an ARPIA Award (https://www.arpia.org/past-winners/) along the way — which was nice.
Drew Baker
Co-founder
I’m Drew Baker, co-founder of Legion Games, archaeologist by trade, and lifelong explorer of both ancient ruins and tabletop worlds. I’ve been rolling dice almost as long as I’ve been digging up history — and somehow managed to make a career out of both.
As an award-winning TTRPG author, I’m passionate about creating immersive worlds and stories that bring players together around the table. At Legion Games, I’m helping shape a community that celebrates creativity, adventure, and the art of great storytelling — whether it’s buried in the sands of time or found on the next character sheet.
*Also, yes — my dice collection is definitely an archaeological site at this point.
Ashley Gibson
Head of Marketing
I’m Ash Gibson, part of the Legion Games crew — and the one who somehow dodged the TTRPG infection that took down the others. My allergic reaction to polyhedral dice is well-documented, but hand me a copy of Frosthaven or Wyrmspan and I’ll happily disappear for hours.
I came into the board-gaming world a little later than Neil and Drew, but quickly fell for the strategy, storytelling, and sheer creativity that makes modern games so good. At Legion Games, I’m here to help build a community that’s welcoming, curious, and ready to play something new — preferably with fewer critical hits and more dragons made of cardboard.
