You can choose a refund, exchange or credit note if an item of goods has a major problem. This is when the item:
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from description or sample shown to you
- doesn’t do what we said it would , or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
To qualify for a returns claim you must not accept delivery of damaged goods or inform us of your return within 7 days upon receiving your item. Shipping to your door, delivery and installation fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances and the buyer has to return the item/good at his/her expense.
Return policy does not cover damages caused from misuse, abuse, incorrect assembly, irregular maintenance and physical damages. Any credit will be issued once merchandise has been received.
All special sale items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
