What is the Bring and Buy?
Our plans for the Bring & Buy Fair include the second-hand market, local game producers demos, vendors, and games sessions that you can sign-up to and enjoy!
The inaugural Bring and Buy Fair is a second-hand market for your old games (when you need to make room for new ones!!). List your old games and we will sell them for you. You pay a small registration fee and 5% of the sale cost (a portion of which goes to charity). You receive back the other 95% after the event.
Maximum registration of items for the show is 20 (You cannot register more than 20 items for sale.
Price changes are prohibited. Once you have printed the label and stuck it on the box that is the price so price to sell.
Minimum price for an item is $20.

Closing Hours
Bring and Buy will close for all transactions on Saturday 30th November at 6:45pm.
Unsold items will be available for pickup for a short time after the event or from Osborne Park Monday 2nd December to Friday 6th December.

No bags or containers are allowed into the Bring and Buy area

Rules of the Bring and Buy
We will take 5% commission on all goods sold on the Bring and Buy rounded up to the nearest 10c
The seller is responsible for registering and collecting all submitted items.
Items can be withdrawn from sale before 5pm on Friday 29th November
Withdrawn items forfeit their listing fee.
All goods offered on the Bring and Buy are left at the sellers risk. We accept no responsibility or liability for any goods stolen, lost or accidentally damaged.
We retain the right to not accept for sale any items it deems inappropriate. (This includes damaged items or poorly packaged items or old stock from exhibitors or other companies). Full refunds are offered for rejected items.
- The maximum number of items that may be submitted by any individual is 20.
The minimum sale price of an item will be $20.
All profits from the Bring and Buy will be donated to charities designated by the organiser.
How does it work?
All items to be sold must be entered into the Legion Games website or dropped at the Legion Games offices in Osborne Park (see above for times)
Bring your items to the bring and buy and book them in as instructed above.
Getting paid and collecting unsold Games
- Event staff will print out a summary sheet that will show, all items sold and sale price, total sold, commission owed, money owed to account holder, list of unsold items.
